Hola, I'm Natalia. I'm an executive and leadership coach for women, based in London. I work with first-time managers, senior executives, and women rebuilding their professional identity after a transition. I coach in English and Spanish.
Before I built this practice, I spent twenty years in corporate, the last few as a VP responsible for over £50M of revenue and forty people. I know what it feels like to lead at scale, to manage upwards, to not have an answer in a room where everyone expects one. The work I do is built on that, and on a framework I've developed with hundreds of women since.
